Dr. Shirnil Channappa received his undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Pennsylvania State University in 1995. In May 2000, he graduated from the University of Alabama - Birmingham with his doctorate in Optometry. His interest in health-related fields and interacting with patients led him to Optometry. He enjoys helping his patients solve their eye care needs.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and solving puzzles.

My son had an incident with his eye that got worse after the day it initially happened. The ER wasn'... Show Moret very helpful and my friend recommended getting his eye checked out by an optometrist. I called Clarksville Eye Clinic that day and was able to get a same day appointment! The front desk and Dr. Tangee were great and was able to get actual answers. Dr. Tangee also called a few days later to check on my son and that was very nice!
